When gas is used as the medium for work, gasoline can be used for cleaning and metal parts. Cleaning of non-metallic processed parts with purified water or alcohol data
The disassembled individual parts can be cleaned by immersion cleaning. Non metallic parts that have not been decomposed can be cleaned with a clean, fine-grained silk cloth soaked in detergent. During the cleaning process, all grease, dirt, glue, and dust adhering to the wall must be removed
After cleaning non-metallic components, they should be immediately removed from the cleaning agent and not soaked for a long time
After cleaning, it is necessary to wait for the wall cleaning agent to evaporate before assembling (wiping with a silk cloth that has not been soaked in the cleaning agent), but it should not be left for a long time, otherwise it will rust and be contaminated by dust.
New parts also need to be cleaned and cleaned before assembly
Lubricating grease lubrication. Lubricating grease should be compatible with the working medium of metal materials, rubber parts, plastic parts, and ball valves. In the case of gas as the working medium, special 221 grease can be used, for example.
